Stop wondering whether your IT advice is right.

Your MSP runs your systems. You carry the risk. Get someone on your side who can tell a real fix from an expensive guess. Fixed price, no hire.

Sound familiar?

The pattern we see most often.

You sign invoices you can’t judge.

Your MSP recommends, quotes and bills. Nobody in the business can tell you whether the advice is right.

Things never quite work.

Systems are slow, tickets get closed, and a few weeks later the same problem is back.

The answer is always to buy more.

New hardware, new services, a move to the cloud. Plenty of proposals, but nobody explains why what you already have isn’t enough.

What changes

What you get when we’re on your side.

  • You get straight answers about your systems, in plain English.
  • Problems get fixed at the cause, not closed and reopened.
  • You know what to approve and what to push back on, before you sign.
  • Your MSP keeps running things, and starts running them better.

How it works

Two steps. Start with the review.

Step 1

Estate and MSP review

Fixed price. Two weeks. A written report you own.

  • Your MSP contract, SLAs and ticket history: what you pay for, and what you get.
  • Your estate checked against best practice: servers, storage, network, backups, Microsoft 365 and remote access.
  • Your project list: what’s on track, what’s drifting, what should stop.
  • A report with root causes, risks and a prioritised 90-day fix list. Act on it with or without us.
Step 2

Retained technical architect

A fixed monthly fee for about four days a month. Three months, then rolling with 30 days’ notice.

  • Your monthly MSP service review, attended and challenged.
  • Changes, quotes and hardware proposals checked before you sign.
  • Projects kept on track and on budget.
  • Underlying issues found and fixed, working through your MSP.
  • A monthly written summary for the board.

Our approach

Before you replace it, find out why it’s slow.

Slow systems are more often a configuration problem than a capacity one. We start by finding the cause, then fix it one change at a time, measuring as we go. Often the business can run well on the hardware it already owns.

This is for you if

You’re the one who signs it off.

  • You run a firm of 50 to 300 people.
  • Your IT is outsourced to an MSP.
  • Nobody in-house can tell you whether their advice is right.
  • You’re answerable for it anyway: to your board, your clients or your regulator.

What you won’t get

Clear lines, so nothing gets confused.

  • A replacement for your MSP. They stay the operator; you get them working properly.
  • A sales pitch. We don’t sell hardware or licences or take commission from suppliers. The only interest is yours.
  • Out-of-hours support. Anything raised outside working hours is handled the next working day.
